Founder & Owner
Don has over 35 year experience in safety, OSHA Compliance, DOT Compliance and directing property-casualty insurance programs and employee benefits for large national corporations. He has authored many safety and compliance manuals and written customized employee training programs. He has developed, written and implemented customized health & employee benefits plans. Don has post graduate certifications as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC).

1. "Out Source Method" an excellent choice for Clients who have no existing "in-house" safety, employee benefits or risk management department(s). By using (H.I.S.) companies avoid significant & costly expenses of hiring their own in-house personnel and training them to perform these highly specialized functions.
2. "In Coordination with In-House Personnel" we work in tandem with a client's existing in-house staff. Some clients request our full comprehensive evaluation wherein we undertake a complete assessment of all your current programs and identify areas where upgrades or new programs are necessary. Or, a client might prefer to assign only specific projects to us, in which case we embrace the company's goal(s) for those projects and work tirelessly to ensure complete success. |
- (H.I.S.) also provides specialized services for Self Insured Entities (Private and/or Government) in claims administration of Liability or Worker's Compensation cases. Further, we provide accident investigation, claims negotiations and settlements, second opinions on cases, case reserve analysis, claims audits, assistance with trial preparation, attendance at hearings/trials or expert witness services for insurance companies, attorneys or self-insured entities
